MGK28 是我公司自行设计研制的高精度、高刚性、全闭环数字化控制的立式复合磨床系列。该系列磨床采用了我公司专利技术(ZL 2012 0 0036107.8)，结构设计合理、紧凑；工件可一次装夹后完成对内孔、外圆和台阶面的多工序磨削加工，确保零件对位置精度的更高要求；该系列磨床驱动系统具有良好的动态品质，执行元件精度高、可靠性好、响应速度快、具备国际同等先进技术水平；广泛应用于轴承、风电、工程机械、阀门、汽车、军工、机器人等重要国民经济领域。
MGK28 series machine tools are a series of vertical composite grinders with high precision and rigidity, and full
closed-loop digital control, which are independently designed and developed by Guangyudacheng. This series of
grinders adopt the patented technology (ZL 2012 0 0036107.8) developed by Guangyudacheng, with reasonable
design and compact structure; while a workpiece is put on a table, multi-procedure grinding can be performed for
the internal hole, outer circle and step or end face in one locating to ensure to achieve much accuracy of the
workpiece. The driving systems of the grinders have good dynamic response characteristics and the actuating
elements have high precision, good reliability and high response speed. The advanced technical level of the
machines have reached the international advanced levels. The machines are widely applied to such important
national economy fields as bearing, wind power equipment, engineering machinery, valves, automobiles, military and
robot industry, etc.
机床主要性能特点 Main Features
●该系列机床立柱采用墙板式箱型结构，机床整体稳
定性高。磨头移出加工区域，形成了很大的工件装夹
空肀间，便于中大型工件的装夹与找正。
●该系列机床工作台采用三面闭式静压自驱式回转的
专利技术(ZL2007 1 0175377.0)，具有高精度、高刚性、
高承载力、长使用寿命等特点；径向和轴向跳动均可
达到≤0.001mm。由大功率力矩电机直接驱动，可配
置高精度圆光栅闭环控制实现 C 轴高精密分度，并与
其它轴联动以实现对回转类工件内外轮廓简单曲面进
行磨削加工。
●该系列机床砂轮主轴采用我公司专利产品动静压液体滑动主轴(ZL 2009 2 0108958.7)，具有高精度、高刚性、长使用寿
命等特点，北京广宇大成数控机床有限公司,广宇大成数控机床,采用内置同步电机驱动，性能稳定。主轴的径向跳动和轴向跳动均可达到≤0.001mm。可根据用户需求在立
式主轴和卧式及主轴数量上进行组合选择，例如 1 立 1 卧、2 立、2 立 1 卧、3 立。在主轴布置形式上还可以选取转塔，
每个转塔上可布置 2-3 根主轴(本册未另行说明均指 1 立 1 卧)。
●该系列机床配备圆形电永磁吸盘，吸力可廾调，装卸工件无需扳手，按钮控制，数控立式磨床厂家直销
