堆高车驱动轮速度明显降低或驱动电机严重过载：原因：电池电压太低或桩头接触电阻太大；电机换向器片间积碳引起片间短路；电机制动器调整不当而使电机带制动运行；驱动头齿轮箱及轴承缺少润滑或底座卡阻；电机电枢短路。解决方法：检查堆高车负载时电池端电压或清洗桩头；清理换向器；调整制动器间隙；检查清洗并重新加注润滑油，**卡阻现象；更换新电机。
Forklift truck driving wheel speed decrease or drive motor overload causes: the battery voltage is too low or the pile head contact resistance is too large; the motor commutation carbon caused by short-circuit between plates; improper adjustment of the motor brake motor with brake operation; driving head gear box and the bearing base resistance or lack of lubrication card; motor armature short-circuit.
