高温化制机（水解罐）Hydrolysis tank
性能特点
外壳采用双层夹套，内充蒸汽，以增大换热面积；中间轴采用无缝钢管，搅拌齿采用Q345R 材质，增强耐磨性；
水解罐内筒和夹套之间焊接补强环，增强筒体的承受压力，使其在真空负压情况下不变形；
整体式钢结构支架，可任意改变安装位置；
进、出料口采用撞块式结构，方便操作；
采用单独排汽口，**防止物料喷出；也可采用电动阀门控制，安全快捷方便；
利用自动疏水系统，将蒸汽冷凝水回流至锅炉降低能源消耗，节省水源；
内层配置电热偶装置，可以测定熟化物料的温度；夹套层内配置压力表，测定蒸汽的压力，超压自动排放；
配备负载传感器，测定电机运行瞬时电流，可测出罐体内物料重量；超出荷载自动停机。
采用液力偶合器，在设备出现断电、卡机的情况下，电机可缓慢带动设备主轴运转，减少瞬间冲击力，延长设备使用寿命；
传动采用齿圈结构，节省能耗；
不锈钢包覆，增强抗腐蚀能力，外表美观；
Performance and characteristics
The casing adopts double-layer jackets, which is filled with steam, to increase the heat transfer area; the intermediate shaft adopts the seamless steel tube, the stirring teeth adopt Q345R material, enhanced wear resistance.
Between the hydrolysis tank cylinder and clamping sleeve welded reinforcing ring ,Enhanced cylinder pressure, will not be deformed in vacuum condition.
Integral steel structure frame, can arbitrarily change the installation location.
Inlet, outlet adopt block type structure, convenient operation.，.Also can use electric valve control, safe and convenient.
Use separate exhaust port, effectively prevent material overflowing.
Using automatic drain system, steam condensate return to boiler to reduce the energy consumption, saving water.
Electric coupling device, inner configuration can be used to measure the temperature of the curing material; Configuration in the jacketed layer pressure gauge, measurement of steam pressure, over pressure automatic pressure release .
Equipped with a load sensor，through the determination of motor instantaneous current,Can measure the weight of material inside the tank,beyond the load automatic stop.
With hydraulic coupling, the equipment power outages, stuck ,motor driven spindle running slow equipment, reduce the impact force at the moment, prolonging the service life of the equipment.
Drive the gear ring structure, save energy.
In the outer insulation adopts stainless steel cladding, enhanced corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance.
