料封泵的后期调试安装工作十分重要，**是生产厂家的专业人员到场指导安装，如果自行安装，要预防料封泵漏灰、冒灰、输送时出现不必要的故障。具体的安装步骤如下：
一：将料封泵需要输送的物料放入灰斗内以便实验。
二：打开料封泵气化装置，调制压力表。
三：调整转动部分的手轮，拉开活动风管、喷嘴之间与出料扩压器之间的距离，物料此时进入运行状态，这时转动手轮的速度不可过快，如果刻度盘拉至15-20时要停止拉动，运行一个小时候再调整，如果输送量要求加大，可加大刻度盘的指针至45-50，不能过大，预防发生堵塞的现象。

一：检查料封泵的起源部分的运行，起源要保证供气的要求。
二：检查各个部件是否灵敏可靠。
三：检查料封泵的螺栓是否有松动现象。
四：调整装置是否灵活
五：调试时将喷嘴关闭，刻度指向o刻度，空试车半个小时，检查连接部是否有漏风现象。
