SILVER CONDUCTOR DLS-70
CONDUCTIVE PASTE FOR LASER ETCHING OF TOUCH SCREEN PANEL
Product Description
DLS-70 is a one part, conductive paste designed primarily for the purpose of laser etching. It can be used with semi-automatic, and manual printers, and offers excellent residence time on the screen. The cured film has excellent electrical and mechanical properties with good adhesion to a variety surfaces(ITO coated film).
Processing Procedures
Application
Before use, take paste out of the refrigerator, leave it in a room in the sealed state for approximately one hour, then use after mixing well.
The material may be applied by screen printing, a 325 or 400mesh screen with a 6-10um organic emulsion backing is recommended. Use a hard silicone squeegee. Screens can be cleaned with organic solvents such as 1st Ethyl carbitol, 2nd Ethanol or Isopropyl Alcohol.
Dilute solution
Butyl Carbitol Acetate.(CAS : 124-17-4)
Curing
Minimum cure is 130℃ for 30 minutes. Cure time is only a guide. Optimum conditions will vary depending upon application and will need to be determined experimentally.
Storage
DLS-70 should be stored frozen until ready for application. The shelf life is 4 months(0℃ ~ 5℃) from date of manufacture.
