三层PE工艺，是目前国内外普遍采用的钢管道防腐工艺，用于输油（气）、城市供气供水等领域。
三层PE防腐结构组成包括：熔结环氧粉末涂层、聚合物胶粘剂中间层和聚乙烯面层。
环氧粉末是一种热固性的**涂料，固化后形成高分子量交联结构涂层，具有良好的化学防腐性能和较高的机械性能；
环氧底层的作用是形成连续涂膜，通过与钢管表面粘结固化而提供良好的附着力，并有很好的耐化学品性能和抗阴极剥离性能；
聚合物胶粘剂的作用是在环氧粉末胶化之前与之融合，并与外面的聚乙烯层粘结，使三层连成一整体。
The three-layer PE anticorrosion structure includes fusion bonded epoxy-powder bottom layer, polymer adhesive middle layer and polyethylene top layer.
