三层PE防腐结构组成包括:熔结环氧粉末涂层、聚合物胶粘剂中间层和聚乙烯面层。
环氧粉末是一种热固性的**涂料,固化后形成高分子量交联结构涂层,具有良好的化学防腐性能和较高的机械性能;
环氧底层的作用是形成连续涂膜,通过与钢管表面粘结固化而提供良好的附着力,并有很好的耐化学品性能和抗阴极剥离性能;
聚合物胶粘剂的作用是在环氧粉末胶化之前与之融合,并与外面的聚乙烯层粘结,使三层连成一整体。
The three-layer PE anticorrosion structure includes fusion bonded epoxy-powder bottom layer, polymer adhesive middle layer and polyethylene top layer.
